This place is awesome. There are alot of Chinese places in Katy to choose from and I have gotten ill from most of them, but not here. This is a deifinteily a little dive, but it is an awesome dive. You cannot beat the food here. Sooooooo good.

the Canton Chef has recently reopened in its small slot next to Jason's Deli in Katy. From the outside it looks the same, still offers the cheapest lunch plate in town ($3.50 as of 1/1/07) and it has photos of its dishes in the front ...?
